For customers with overdue payments, the following process is followed:
- They continue to receive notifications about the need to make payment

- After 60 days: We conduct soft calls to debtors
- After calling: We coordinate with the seller to prepare a list of deals for lawsuits. We then handle all legal proceedings for these deals.

The service collects customer payments throughout the week and transfers the funds to the seller (minus our commission) at the beginning of the following week, from Monday to Wednesday.

Yes, you can use a non-Russian number for registration. The key requirement is that the provided number must have WhatsApp active, as verification codes for document signing and all notifications will be sent through it.
To be able to purchase a course or product using our service, the seller must be registered with our platform and offer that product through us.

An installment plan with Amber Road will only impact your credit history if legal proceedings occur due to payment default under the agreement. Information about court-ordered debt collection will be recorded in the Federal Bailiffs Service (FSSP) database, and this will then affect your credit history.

We offer interest-free installment plans, so if you make early payments, the total debt decreases only by the amount of the payment made - no additional reductions apply.
