To connect to Amber Road, simply submit a request and complete a short brief. You will also need to pay a one-time setup fee, which confirms your acceptance of the public offer terms.
Connection typically takes about 1 business day — the next day, you’ll be able to offer clients the option to pay via in-house installment plans.
There is no monthly subscription fee; you only pay a commission on successfully collected payments (typically 15%, including acquiring fees). All payments from your clients are collected on our side: we transfer the accumulated funds to you weekly, from Monday to Wednesday, minus our commission. To manage applications and payments, you’ll have access to a seller dashboard, and all important notifications (on payment status, delays, etc.) will be duplicated in your preferred communication channel (for example, in a Telegram chat).
For buyers (clients of our partners):
Getting an installment plan through Amber Road is simple. Once you’ve agreed to purchase a product or educational service, the seller’s manager will generate a personalized link for you in our system. By following the link, you’ll complete an online application consisting of 5 steps, which usually takes no more than 15–20 minutes. You’ll only need a passport (or another ID) and a phone. The steps include uploading a scan of your document, consenting to personal data processing, choosing a payment schedule, electronically signing the installment agreement (via SMS code or WhatsApp), and making your first payment.
Please note: the first payment must be made within 2 business days — otherwise, the agreement does not come into effect.
After successful payment and signing, you will receive access to the purchased product or service from the seller.
Service provision begins immediately after payment — for example, you will get access to the online course or secure your place in a training session (depending on the product).
All further payments are made according to the approved schedule: we send reminders in advance (3 days before and on the due date) via SMS or WhatsApp, along with a payment link. You’ll also have access to your personal account, where you can view the schedule, make payments, and download documents and receipts at any time.
Thanks to our fully remote process, clients from any country can use our service (as long as WhatsApp is available to confirm operations, in case a foreign phone number is used)
